Privacy & Personal Data Protection Notice

1. What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and address; details and photographs of your pets; the medical history you or a clinic record (visits, problems, medicines, images of medicines and outcomes); appointment bookings and reviews; and technical logs needed to run the service securely.
2. Why we collect it
To provide your pet's health record, let clinics you choose read it during a visit, book and remind you of appointments, verify clinics and vets, keep the service secure, and - only with your separate consent - send you product updates.
3. Who can see your pet's record
Only you, unless you grant access to a clinic. Grants are time-limited (by default until 7 days after an appointment) and can be revoked at any time. Every access by a clinic is written to an audit log you can review. Records are never public.
4. Your rights
You may access and correct your data, download a copy of everything we hold (a zip of your records and original photos), withdraw consent, and delete your account at any time from Account > Privacy & your data. Deleting your account erases your pets' records and photos immediately; a single pet you remove is kept for 30 days in case it was a mistake, then permanently erased. Encrypted backups roll over within 30 days.
5. Storage and security
Images are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links. Location metadata is stripped from uploaded photos. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id.
